2012 AAU Girls’ Junior National Volleyball Championships

Scorekeeping Information and Clinic

First and second referees will be provided. Teams will be given working assignments within their pools. Each team MUST provide qualified persons as follows: one (1) scorekeeper, one (1) scoreboard operator, two (2) line judges and one (1) Libero tracker. A coach must be present at the score table when your team is scheduled to work.

Scorekeepers must be competent or the team will be required to hire an official scorekeeper through the event staff. Competency will be determined by the Championship Committee.

A SCOREKEEPERS CLINIC will be held on June 19 and June 23 for coaches and athletes needing instruction on the scorekeeping responsibilities.  If you are unable to attend the clinic, you may also review the USAV Power Point Scorekeeping Presentation for instructions.

Attention Puerto Rico Teams:
There will not be a Spanish-only clinic conducted in Orlando.  There will be a clinic conducted in Puerto Rico.  For information on the Puerto Rico clinics, contact Raul Ramos at naguabo60@hotmail.com.
