Largest volleyball event in the world to again take place at Orange County Convention Center and ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex in 2016; Event will feature top high school athletes in front of 400 college coaches 

The 43rd AAU Girls’ Junior National Volleyball Championships will take center stage again next summer at the Orange County Convention Center and ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex.

Following this year’s successful event that featured more than 34,000 participants and 2,200 teams from across the nation, next year’s event will take place in Orlando, Fla. from June 18-26, 2016. As the largest volleyball tournament in the world, designated by the Guinness Book of World Records, the AAU Girls’ Junior National Volleyball Championships features elite high school athletes in front of more than 400 college coaches on site to recruit, as well as youth athletes ranging from 10-18 years old.

Select matches will air live on WatchESPN.com and the WatchESPN application from ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex, which is the largest provider of ESPN3 content in the world. Event registration begins in December.

The AAU Girls’ Junior National Volleyball Championships is the premier volleyball event in a growing portfolio of volleyball competitions hosted annually by the AAU.
