How do I update my roster?

How do I know if my registration is confirmed?
Keep en eye out for your teams on the Team List. Keep in mind this list is not updated in real time but is updated periodically. The last date it was updated is listed at the top of the list.
Teams must still submit all of the required information by the appropriate deadline (ie. seeding information, rosters, hotel and contact information, etc).
Is Nationals a Stay to Play event? Where can I book accomodations?
Nationals is NOT a stay to play event. You are free to book your accomodations any way you would like. We have discounted options through DF Meetings that you can explore by clicking the link below. If you have questions please call 866-587-4922.
When will the waves be released? When will the schedule be released and where can I find it?
Wave times are typically finalized and released by the end of May.
Full play schedules will be released about a week before your competition dates. Please note that all divisions schedules are NOT released at the same time. For example the 14s divisions and 15s divisions schedules are not released at the same time, because they do not have the same competition dates.
Please be patient as this information is released AS SOON as it is available. When available, the schedule will be posted on AES. Links for the schedules will also be posted on the Nationals home pages linked below:
Are there Disney discounts?
For 2022 we are unable to offer Disney discounts on theme park tickets or hotels through our event.
How do I purchase spectator tickets?
All spectator tickets must be purchased online. There will be no onsite cash ticket sales.
A 4-day session pass can be purchased for $65.00 per adult and $52.00 per child ages 4 to 9. Daily tickets are available for $19.00 for adults and $14.00 for children (ages 4-9). Children 3 and under are free. After purchasing your ticket, you will receive an email and text with a QR code for each ticket. All tickets are for the designated individual. The QR code and a form of identification for adults (driver’s license, passport, etc.) will need to be shown onsite to gain admittance.
Will there be an opening ceremony and gift exchange?
There will be no opening ceremony.
Exchanging gifts prior to your first match is not required; however, some teams will have gifts available. This is up to your club whether to exchange or offer gifts to your opponents.
Which venue will my matches be played at?
Pool Play: matches will take place at the Orange County Convention Center. Matches will take place in the North, South, and West Concourses.

Finals Day: Most matches will take place at the Orange County Convention Center. There will be select matches taking place at ESPN Wide World of Sports on finals day including all Girls Gold Championship Finals, and a few girls consolation divisions.
